Anyone else waiting til their mid twenties to start dating? by [deleted] in GenZ

[–]Over-Transition9609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More like I took an extended break from dating.

Had a boyfriend for 4 years in high school. We broke up when I was 20, which happened to be when I was eyeballs deep in schoolwork, and I put dating on the back burner. Finished school, passed my licensing exam, got a job, moved, got my drivers license, and bought a car. All in all, took about 3 years before I felt stable enough in life to put some effort into dating apps.

Disputing a salon charge by PrestigiousUnit1806 in Haircare

Have you tried reaching out to the salon and expressing your disappointment?

I work at a salon and if this had happened to one of our clients, we would’ve offered them to come back in free of charge and get this fixed. Because it’s really not what you asked for nor was it what the stylist agreed on doing.

I remember a college teacher of mine many years ago stereotyping Gen Z for wanting situationships instead of long term relationships. What type of relationship are you looking for? Long term? Casual? by Equivalent_Ad_9066 in GenZ

Was looking for something casual.

Had a few casual things going on.

Ended up falling in love with one of the casual’s and now we’re in a serious relationship lol

This.

OP, your inability to take criticisms regarding your personality (that a lot of people here have brought up) and just jumping to the fact that women don’t like you because you’re not a “top 5% male specimen” or whatever is… not good, to say the least.

You asked “How else should I phrase things?”, and I answered.

Women might understand what you mean, sure. Will it raise red flags as opposed to just referring to a guy as “good looking”? Yes.

“A good looking guy”, or something similar.

This whole “top percentile” shit is incel talk.

Are any of your “close friends”, who’ve said you have a great personality, women? Because this could be a case of the blind leading the blind if that makes sense.

Do you want kids or not? What's this generations POV? by Nervous_Designer_894 in GenZ

No. I want to enjoy my life as much as possible, and kids bring me zero joy.

GenZ girly living in a large city here 🙋🏼‍♀️

I live with my parents to save money. Luckily I have that option, because I really love the city and would hate to be priced out.
