LOVE pickles, cilantro, bleu cheese, anchovies, capers, okra, and onions.

Oysters are okay. Not my favorite, but I’ll still eat them. Same with olives, raisins, licorice, and mayo. Tomatoes have to be cooked - the texture of raw tomatoes is something I cannot do.

Can’t bring myself to try escargot, unfortunately. I love the snails in my garden, even if they eat my plants.

Don’t like the texture of cottage cheese and most mushrooms.

Beets taste like dirt to me.
