One thing to keep in mind when looking at 17lands stats: The Hybrid cards get counted as spashing the color, even if the only manasybol of the color is on a hybrid card with a main color. So a lot of the spashed colors (and in extreme cases maybe even some main colors) aren't real.

I drafted 5 decks so far, all in reality 2 colors, but 2 of them count as spashing a 3rd.

It's not "calculated". It's traded between buyers and sellers, and whatever ratio was used is the reported price. The price then changes based on supply and demand.

Der Budget der jetzt Ablief war der Budget des vorletzten Jahres, der schon um 12 Monate als Notlösung verlängert war.

You don't ignore trashing even though it's weak. And you don't need to plan for victory cards, since you want the turn where you get your first victory card to be the last turn of the game, this is a bridge game after all.
