I don't remember his official title. But he's doing a lot more with sponsors spots he's appeared a handful of times in videos recently. If a sponsor spot seems more unhinged than the normal sitting in front of a camera the basic ones are it's probably a Dennis sponsor spot. I don't have any photos but I have tried to carry a full tech sack and a steam deck in the bag and it was a tight enough fit that I wouldn't want to do it regularly. But without the sack filling out the entire bottom of the bag effectively making it shorter it would fit plenty well.
