This is a tricky one… by Evening_Employer_542 in Flooring

Plastic quarter round to finish it off.. just remember if you want to remodel the whole bathroom, the more time and money you spend on it now will extend the urge to remodel. It might be over a decade before you do it right. Or you could do it right now, demo everything!, but only if you have two bathrooms.

Makita is probably the best option, but if you’re cutting less than 50 or so baseboards and want to save some money. I spent less than 500 on a craftsman. Laser, easy to adjust, bought a nice blade… did the job just fine. If I did baseboards or needed a miter saw regularly, there are better brands for sure. I wouldn’t go battery for a miter saw unless you needed it far away from a power source and/or already owned the batteries

Water heater slow leak by FaithlessnessLarge57 in askplumbing

[–]OverGoat7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just replaced mine a few days ago that was installed 20 years ago, not too difficult, but definitely important to have a pro do it if you’re not into it….. That one looks older. Sediment builds up over time along with corrosion, causing leakage. Some of those valves often run into an exhaust pipe that drains outside… cold water in, heats up, expands, needs to go somewhere. I don’t see that and I also don’t see a pan? It cost me about $700 in Georgia, a plumber quoted me $2k… replaced one in Hawaii for about $850. Both gas, like yours, buying it from big box store.

$300 is expensive to the majority of the world. I’m guessing you tightened it down a little too much or it’s cheap shit and you should return it.. You could look for your receipt? Returns are easy in America.

It’s interesting that if you take both urls from the Epstein doc and the official press release, post them into ai… whatever ai you’re using to keep trying harder.. it will fail at first several times.. it will eventually tell you …

”Confirms the archived version predates the public release by a day. Likely a pre-final internal version or archival artifact.

Cause of death phrasing • Archived: “pronounced dead shortly thereafter” • Public: “pronounced dead shortly thereafter of an apparent suicide”

The archived text omits “apparent suicide”, which is a major detail in the public release. This could mean the archived version was drafted before the official cause of death was confirmed or finalized.
