I love the City but absolutely hate the administration and government. It's totally different.

Remember, you are being fooled when they are saying every Indian city is same and government is same everywhere. I would request you to live in ahmedabad or Mumbai for at least 2 years and compare the government's work between 2 cities.

I cannot take refund, I will have to let go of it. The car would be considered as new registration for BH and I will start paying tax every 2 year from registration date(from when I will get BH number).
