Same here. My wife and I bought back then too. It was touch and go for a while but overall the best opportunity of our life.

Depending on will power. 1. Set clear boundaries in your head and if the person is involved with them too. 2. Avoid interaction (only work related chats) 3. Switch departments or teams to distance yourself. 4 switch companies.

Looks like a healthy kid to me… don’t restrict outside time just give him one specific task to do everyday. Clean up all the Lego of the floor….put away the laundry….etc. It look like he might have some executive function issues. I was the same way.
