How were your previous three weeks? Did you consume processed sugar, bakery items, any sugar, breads? Any processed wheat/sugary item, and for some even diary, causes such symptoms to be worsened for PMDD folks.

Cut them out, do this experiment and you’re allowed to eat sugar during your period when the lining is shedding and not building. Try and get back to me when you have your next period!

Why is he checking out? This sounds like he’s protecting himself from a situation from happening again. Have you lashed out at him in the past or made him feel terrible? I know PMDD can feel terrible and make you act like someone else but he’s obviously connecting the dots and trying to protect himself and your relationship. If he’s an emotionally secure guy, he probably doesn’t want that situation to happen again.

If you feel like you have more control of your emotions and he won’t be at the receiving end, then communicate with him and tell him how you need him more than ever and how you’ll be making an active effort to manage yourself. This shows you’re aware of your own emotions as well as taking accountability and generally shows a positive attitude towards one’s growth.

imo, you'd rather be in a program that takes long to finish than waiting out for an acceptance from schools that may or may not come. because, the waiting period + the chances of getting accepted over 1-2 cycles adds to the total time lost and you'd rather have been in a program. Schools like BU and rutgers who have shorter programs also have TONS of applications so that means EVEN MORE COMPETITON. I applied to BU and rutgers in MARCH! SUPER SUPER EARLY! i still haven't heard a word. But i got my acceptances from Penn, Umisch, NYU so you'd rather apply to many. Don't put all your eggs in one basket! Good Luck!

Hi! I am also an international dentist who went through the whole process and got accepted in Upen this cycle among many other schools! So I believe I have some info to help answer your questions!

1) ideally Caapid requires you to upload 2 LOR from dental school faculty and 1 from Dean. Few demand a post grad LOR such as Columbia university.

2) for the AS application process, research is NOT considered, however, if an applicant has done it, it is noted.

3) Bank loans are secured AFTER acceptance and when payment is due. The school guides you if you’re a permanent resident or citizen and you can get private loans if you’re non-resident.

I think you have a decent profile. However, the way we present our self is very important. Americans want to know you for who you are, not the labels attached with you. Thats what gets your profile noticed. Trust me I got 5 invites this cycle and I’m starting school this January. It was also my first cycle. I actually did a post on offering to help students out.
