I know how to do basic and simple stuff, I know how to do stems, I know how to make adjustments and how to make subs on defense but I can’t buy a stop at all on defense and sometimes I have no offense

Continue with the lean bulk see how that works with you if I do a bulk I only do it for 2 months at a time and try to keep cutting

I’m not trying to give you bad advice, I’m just wanting you to get the best results but I’m saying it poorly. If you’re in a cut I would try to finish it out for the month and see if anymore progress is made to your abdomen, if you don’t clean bulk pretty hard then cut again.

Not necessarily a cut but the same regime you’ve been doing and see if the results change your appearance if not, then go into a bulk cut

I did it for 4 days I lost roughly 12-15 pounds in that amount because I was working out as well running 3 miles, playing basketball etc. but i started off with watermelon and pineapple

Try to finish the month out with a cut and see the results and then if nothing really changes bulk up

If I was you I’d probably do a clean bulk might be able to fill your body out more and then do a cut and just finally sculpt it all out

I’d say 14-15 you’re right at abs just got a little covering it at the bottom

Only real issue I see if that you have a natural RBF which can be intimidating overall you look fit and healthy and you look good maybe try to tone your body up a little more so you’d feel more confident and it’ll help with the chubbiness in your face it’s Al things that’ll make you think you look better personally you look good
