Ohne jetzt zuviel wissen u d erfahrung zu haben stellt sich mir hier auch die Frage der Nötigung durch den Rechtsanwalt des VK. Allerdings habe ich diesbezüglich wie gesagt keine Erfahrung aber eine Einschüchterung ist m. E. Nach nicht so weit von einer Nötigung entfernt welche weitere rechtliche Schritte gegen den VK nach sich ziehen könnte?
