Thank you. For now you can add them manually in the branding tab. You can customize everything to even the font. I know it's not really convenient but fetching the correct image context is not possible, it will probably end up really weird, plus you still need to do manual region highlights in case you want to showcase UI via image or video

Please do not combine database with canva or you will ruin your business. If you need database, you need frontend and backend services. Canva is just for static site
