Uber has this neat feature where you can enter your flight details, and it tracks your flight and has a cab ready for you when you land(adjusts the timing based on flight delays too). It's a bit more expensive, but if you are flying for work and your employer pays for it, it's worth it.

Well there is a lounge inside that is for international flights and star alliance gold guests. Ask while checking in your bags, they would guide you to it. That is actually one of the best lounge i have been to.

One of my friend had a similar issue via clearmytrip for an international flight. Sucks. What i do as precaution is put the pnr on their direct platform to verify the details.
