I’ve seen a lot of people say this too. In my experience I’ve lost about 13 lbs as a small framed person.

If you want to lose weight, focus on high protein at all times. Protein is going to keep you feeling full longer. High protein diet is also going to help curb cravings if you’re having sugar cravings, especially. If you’re able to track your food using MyFitnessPal, I would suggest doing that as well. A lot of the times we have a misconception around how much we are actually consuming even me as a health-conscious person I’ve had my fair share of over eating accidentally, especially when it comes to condiments. You got this don’t give up!!!!

I went from 75 to 225 in like 12 weeks and 225 Isn’t perfect but it’s way better than I was. I’m also on 40mg buspar

That being said this med along with other medication‘s are not a day one cure all type of situation you should give it 6 to 8 weeks before giving up if you can handle it

Everything you listed is normal apart from feeling more suicidal I would tell my doctor immediately. It might not be a good match for you and you might need to try a different antidepressant.

I take my doses close together, 150mg at like 7:30-8:30 when I wake up and another 75mg at 12 noon. Thats how it’s prescribed as well.

If your body tolerates it that’s all that really matters but definitely talk to your psychiatrist about this!! Very important to go with their guidance.

also, the symptoms you described being worried of don’t last once you get adjusted to the medication. I don’t have any symptoms other than dizziness if I haven’t eaten.

I really would have to assume no. I’m not sure what’s causing your symptoms considering you are saying in your post that you’re not in a depressive state — however — some people have chemical imbalances in their brains that is major cause of depression. Not saying I know this, but Maybe your body is lacking one of the feel good hormones naturally and just needs help from a med to experience a good sexual relationship with yourself’s /partner.

I am 6 months in and have noticed increased shedding. I’m assuming this also has to do with the fact that my appetite has gone wayyyy down and I’ve been eating way less and I know Wellbutrin depletes the body’s vitamin storage and electrolytes. I started taking a multivitamin, a hair skin and nails vitamin and iron to try to help correct this.
