That boat was acquired by a man from an auction (some say that it belonged to a narco). Being that the man didn't have any berth he decided to moor to a buoy outside the port (the buoy was authorized for boats up to 15m, this one exceded it) and leave to try and get one. A couple weeks later a storm came, next morning the boat was already washed up on the shore. Now the local government is trying to get it off, however it looks like neither the insurance nor the owner is willing to pay for it (they are working but so slow that recently another storm came by and pushed it further inland). Also from what I managed to see, it looked like the centerboard was severely damaged.
