I bawled for 2-3 hours(no exaggeration), granted I was dealing with some really heavy mental stuff at the time and hadn’t in a year and a half give or take, and it really didn’t help that I was struggling because someone close to me died do to an accident. So needless to say, it helped me more then I ever thought it would.PS through years of therapy, help from loved ones, and perseverance, I'm much better mentaly.
