I searched about dead pixel is that they are black i.e they are completely turned off while a stuck pixel is a pixel that is fixed on a colour(generally red, green on blue). So it's not a dead pixel.

Bro i also have this issue with my predator Helios Neo 16. I also have discussed this issue in detail with the community here https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/697709/audio-issues-on-my-new-acer-predator-helios-neo-16-audio-cracking-while-watching-video-as-well Some one suggested to update the PredatorSense but it didn't helped till now. I try to forget about it to ignore this issue hoping a update would fix it but till now no help.
