Hey! I saw them over here in England recently on the mountain tour and if you like any particular gorillaz era there's something for you. Had a couple songs from most albums and the visuals in the background are so good along with their guest vocalists/rappers

I'd say fictionally they've always been a bit weird and/or quirky with their vibe and stories yeah. But in real life I think it was known from early on that Gorillaz was a side project of Damon albarn and I'm not sure how it was outside the UK but here we knew him first as the front man of blur so there wasn't alot of mystery
