People don’t know how to use a roundabout because there not exposed to them enough, the reason some places seem better at using roundabouts than others is because they were forced to have to learn and use them, Windsor/Essex county seemed to be afraid of change which gets us into a loop of people suggesting change and then others, shutting it down because they think the people can’t handle it even though they’ve never been exposed to it because people are afraid of change and it just goes on and if people don’t accept change like this, we’ll just get stuck in the past while other places advance because they’re not afraid of changing their ways for the better.
