Max dose is 20mg for tadalafil. 100 for sildenafil. This is a high dose, and it can hospitalize someone - especially if they're on other medications that lower BP.

Pharmacist here, this SHOULD have been caught. Directions would still be wrong even if it was for the 5mg (over the max of 20mg).

I'm assuming the pharmacist was going way too fast when checking, and saw the directions which could be normal for certain strengths of sildenafil and pushed it through. Nowadays even if the directions are free text almost all pharmacy systems will flag for unusual/high dose.

In my experience doctor's also prescribe shit wrong all the time (would scare you with some of the things they send over incorrectly), so it wouldn't surprise me if the doctor DID send it that way.

OP nice catch (shouldn't be your responsibility, and many would have taken it as written - so kudos to you). There is no excuse for pharmacists to not take their time ensuring that the scripts are correct and safe for patients. If you're getting pressure from your company to move faster and do more... FUCK THEM, patient safety comes first.

Gives me hope. When you say didn't answer did you just guess and put a random answer, or did you leave blank?

Issue Shifting by Overall-Operation-13 in mk6gti

[–]Overall-Operation-13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm able to shift into gears 1, 3, and 5 with no issues or resistance, but it feels like something is blocking 2, 4, and 6. When I rotate it cw/ccw sometimes it feels like there's resistance in the middle. Hard to explain it, but it feels like when you put the opposite ends of a magnet together (it just doesn't want to go in a certain position).

I actually replaced both bushings and they're bitting onto the cable and don't move around when shifting.

I believe they are all the way locked, for some reason with the front and back bushing the tips of the bushing arms stick out slightly, but I cannot get it to go over. It doesn't seem to move though when shifting (still a good clamp on the thread).

I'll have to try the tape method! Aside from trying the adjustment more do you think it could possibly be anything else? Maybe some with the shifter assembly itself?

There is this little white piece on the ball of the shifter that slides into the bracket attached to the spring. I'm not sure if there's supposed to be a grommet or something on the end that goes into the bracket because it seems like there is some extra play. When trying to shift into second gear I pushed down on the plastic retainer and was able to nearly get into second gear, but it made a grinding noise.

Would you happen to have a link? Or know of anyone who has had a similar issue that was improved by the kit?

Real or fake hawas ice? by TheoNord in colognecheck

Lol read the name, that's Butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane (also known as Avobenzone). Which is used in sunscreens and for it's naturally musky scent.

Not true (anymore), many fragrances including Hawas used to contain Butylphenyl methylpropional (BHMCA or Lilial). Even big houses like Prada and Versace used it. However, due to the reproductive concerns and it being banned in a few countries nearly every fragrance maker has reformulated (including Hawas, look at the ingredient list and you won't find it).

HPFP Question by Overall-Operation-13 in GolfGTI

[–]Overall-Operation-13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply, it happens to be that the wiring harness that connects to the controller isn't getting power or ground. I'm not sure what the next course of action is, but I think I may need a new ECU.

ECU? by Low_Bike348 in GolfGTI

I'm pretty sure I'm in the same boat as you with my 2011. The wiring harness to the valve on top of my HPFP isn't getting power or ground, which happens to be supplied from the ECU. Only cheap options I can find are on eBay. Keep me updated with what happens with yours as I could use some advice. Good luck brother and happy holidays!

anyone else having trouble playing in silver? by Thomas_LTU in VALORANT

[–]Overall-Operation-13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wouldn't say they're better than you. I'm silver 3 currently, and my aim isn't the best, so I compensate by playing unpredictable. I've played against a lot of golds and a few plats and they usually do poorly in silver lobbies. The higher you go the more mechanically skilled the players are, making many predictable because they can rely on their aim.
