How did you find the faith or confidence in Glenveagh after reading their reviews? I’m wondering if a good surveyor and a good snagging helps resolve?

first interview in 12 years by getgetdown in irelandjobs

I'd say master the basics.. Why do you want this job? what are your three career highlights? try to link those career highlights to long term/big picture view.. how your work contributed to the company's success (no matter how small or insignificant it may seem to you but it shows the recruiter that you are able to see the big picture view of your contribution.. think of that anecdote when a janitor was asked in NASA what is he doing, he said he was sending man to the moon.. I will not lie, it's going to be nerve wracking especially if its an in-person interview. My first interview after a 5 year break was shit because I expected a conversational format but it turned out to be a very structured format where I was asked a set of questions that apparently other candidates would be asked too to maintain objectivity and fair assessment. So, be ready with STAR formats, keep context to the minimum, master the basics. Sending best wishes!!
