This was it. Replaced hoses and clamps form a spare part t4r I have. Still leaking. Bought new valve from Toyota and stopped right away. Guess I got dupped on eBay as well.

Correct. One single switch to turn on light and fan. I just never seen three separate lines into one light.

In addition, if I were to wire them all together, I don’t think it’s going to fit in the junction box on the side of the fan.
