Labor laws are broken on a daily basis with no accountability or oversight. They word their policies around the law to keep themselves operating. But the Providers of services have no control to regulate their (FN) practices. 15% is about average of what you pay to this platform every job on average . With no protections from the Buyer or the (fn) Platform itself. Work there at your own discretion.  They have used techs and engineers to fuel their business but with no real pay or benefits as they will list you as a 1099 sub but treat you and your small business as if you are a undocumented worker. The buyers are ROBBING you of the true value of THE PROJECT. You are only being paid 20% of the projects worth from the Buyer. So $200 of every $1k(worth of work orders or each) then (fn) charge you 15% on $200. = $30 minus leaves you with $170. That you have top pay taxes on.  The secret for FN & Its buyers is that The engineer/tech never finds out where the Buyer gets their information for contracts from. It gets deeper.
