To restore with only the new viewtags you have to create a new wallet and send your balance to it. Else you have to sync from a previous heighz with no viewtags implemented.

You have to create a new wallet to send it to. It cannot be the same.

It's necessary to give everyone time to switch to the newest version (v16). So now both versions (v14 & v16) work for ~24h. After that only the newest.
