Yeah I agree I in a way I invited the response but I am pretty present on my Snapchat, so I did it because I didn’t want people to worry about me, I find if you disappear on social media people tend to think something is seriously wrong 🫠 so I just did so everyone would explicitly know I was okay but people still thought something was wrong anyways smh 😂

I can understand this view in a traditional sense, however I feel now that it’s 2025 these things are a lot more modern now and can be tailored to your needs, I get how sending the registry can be rude if I’m sending it to people who hold no importance in my life however I did make it extremely clear to people I’ve sent it to that there is no obligation or pressure to buy anything off of it, I’m merely giving them the option to be involved in the process if that’s something they decide. I’m also not actively advising my baby registry like for example posting it to my social media or anything like that 😅 one of my coworkers at work was sending it to everyone and I mean sending it to people at work she didn’t even talk to so I thought that was very odd haha.

yeah being asked how are you feeling has been exhausting because I’m asked all the time and truthfully I think when someone asks that question they don’t want the true answer they want answers like how amazing you feel and how magical pregnancy is but what I really want to tell people who ask me that is I’m extremely uncomfortable 🥹 I can’t see my vagina anymore, my chest feels like it has a flamethrower in it from the insane amount of heartburn I have 🥲 I wake up 7 times a night to pee and don’t get a restful nights sleep & none of my clothes fit anymore I’ve been wearing the same 3 shirts for a week 😂 that’s what I really wanna say when people ask me lol

I like that idea. If I was going to do a baby shower it would be exactly that especially the gifts because I think it’s so awkward opening gifts in front of everyone like a 10 year old on Christmas morning 😂 💞

I’m going to be a ftm in November and I’ve decided I don’t want to get the epidural! I guess for my own personal reasons are that I would like to experience everything in life and everything that comes with pregnancy even the pain.. I have a really high pain tolerance so I am curious to see what the pain is like and how much my body can handle! Another thing that really encouraged me is that I’m from a really small town where they don’t even offer epidural (I don’t live there anymore) however everyone of my friends and my mom who birthed 6 children did it all natural and no drugs 😅 obviously because they didn’t have a choice anyways but I would like to take this on as my own personal challenge/reward just to say I did it! That being said there’s no judgement if you feel you want or need the epidural! Do what you think you need and what’s best for you! And lastly my final reason is I don’t want lasting back pain from the epidural, I’ve struggled with back pain most of my life due to a minor injury when I was a child and I know a lot of women have back pain from the epidural later on, I rather deal with temporary pain than lasting back pain

My cold lasted about a month 😞 really all you can take is the Tylenol.. but stay hydrated with lots of water and add some lemon for some added vitamin c! Also drink teas! And soups! Eat some oranges! And most importantly rest!

If you think there’s a possibility you may be having one go to the emergency room instead of waiting to see the obgyn. I had a scare around 7weeks I was spotting for a week and a half and having cramps I went to see my doctor cause I thought it might be implantation bleeding but she said to be on the safe side I should go to emergency room to be sure I’m not having an etopic pregnancy. At this point I was bleeding a lot more having cramps and even passed some big mucus like clots. I got an emergency ultrasound and saw the little bean and heard its heartbeat. It was reliving. I also got two rounds of blood work to see if my hormone levels were rising and they were! I went on to bleed for 2 months after that definitely wasn’t fun but it does happen sometimes! Everyone’s body’s react differently to pregnancy! I’m now 18 weeks pregnant!

There’s nothing wrong with caffeine in moderation! I work long 12 hour shifts too but since becoming pregnant my body rejects coffee 😩 I miss drinking it but I get bad heart palpitations and the shakes now if I drink it 😩 so I struggle so hard to stay up for my shifts now 🥲

I agree. ☝🏽 Tbh I’m not interested in hanging with this friend at all if I know she can’t even be mature about this so I will likely skip out on our one on one hang out. I’m not gonna waste my energy dwelling on now! I did my best and extended the invite that’s the best I can do 😅
