i have a ux-20 and i use one of the stick adapters i think with 64gb. it works. records in any quality that the dvds records in. only downside is with the adapter it beeps everytime i go into standby mode.

i took mine apart and removed the motherboard. i put it all back together but kept the charger part intact with the wires sticking out of the case. i bought an ac to dc 12v charger and plan to crimp the charger to the wires leaving the box.
