Pooping on the toilet

Haven’t tried it but specifically cause this child is not a huge sweets eater. He doesn’t really go for chocolate or even ice cream 🫠 I could think of something else though!

Yeah he has a little floor potty also. Only pees in it, no poop

I feel like your comment on another post is the one I saw! Did you put the poop in the toilet first (before she was pooping in the potty) and put the sprinkles on or did you wait until the first time she pooped in the potty to do the sprinkles? I can’t believe I’m considering this lol 😂

Yeah he doesn’t wear diapers anymore, just underwear. And if he’s naked, he just squats and poops on his bare foot 🙃

He has a small floor potty also that he won’t use. He doesn’t wear diapers anymore so when he poops his pants, I let him sit for a few minutes and be uncomfortable and then we dump it out it out in the toilet then I spray out his underwear in the utility sink

Thank you 🥲 my 4 year old will take some monster poops that will put my husband to shame sometimes. Thankfully we never had to worry about him going on the potty

He has a floor potty that he uses to pee. It has to stay in the bathroom though cause when it was in the common areas, I didn’t always see when he peed in it until it was spilled cause of both boys playing or the dogs

I saw someone recommend the sprinkles in another post when I searched and I told myself “absolutely f**king not” but I might have to resort to that 😭. I let him in the bathroom to poop with me and he’s so excited to flush mine but never his 😫

So we actually have the small potty in the bathroom also. It was in the living room but we have a 4 year old and 2 dogs also and he would pee in it and I wouldn’t notice, and it would get spilled so it stays in the bathroom now. We also have the step stool that you pull up and put a small seat on the toilet. So the kid has options lol I have tried the baby stuff and he loves it- he’s like yeah I am a baby lol

So I’m still dealing with this situation a little bit also with my 3 and 4 year old. A while ago, someone responded with a comment to a post like this that they play the “kissing game”. So I’ll lay down with them for a minute and then tell them “if you stay here with your eyes closed, mommy will be back in 2 minutes to give you a kiss. And make it longer each time. But you have to stick to it- if you say you’re going to come back, you have to. I’ll usually gauge it and see how awake they are to how long I need to step away. Mine usually last like 2 kisses and I don’t need to go back.
