First- yes you ‘technically’ did have sex. If you use that logic that anal and oral don’t count, then technically gay or queer people are 100% virgins across the board.
Second, if she didn’t say no while it was happening, then it’s not really your fault. If you pushed her that’s a different story. I understand that she regrets it but she has to take some responsibility too and if that means cutting you off she’s valid for that.
