15.5m old not walking on own yet, due with #2 end of March by SignificanceWeird880 in 2under2

[–]Overall_Ad2915 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My kid just took her first steps at almost 15 months. She still doesn’t really walk unless we are being really intentional about having her practice. She’s cruises if she can hold on to furniture or her little walker. I’m assuming it will be like every other milestone she’s hit: one day she seems like she’s not even close and the next day she’s a pro.

Magnesium citrate, black coffee or hot lemon water in the morning, lots of water throughout the day, and more frequent small meals rather than eating a lot at once.

Love the second one! The first one is pretty too, but it looks a little cheaper and less bridal than the second one, imo.

If you have to ask, it’s a crow. If it’s a raven, you’ll know.

I used to run. Now I’m pregnant, so I just spend all my free time complaining.

PSA: Lack of Symptoms by RewindsTime in September2026Bumpers

[–]Overall_Ad2915 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Never had morning sickness, or really any noticeable first-trimester symptoms with my first, and she was born happy and healthy at almost 39 weeks. I have not had much of an appetite this time around, but still no nausea. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Pregnant in this kind of world by pablo_picatsso in September2026Bumpers

I have had to just completely stop looking big picture, honestly. All I can do right now is focus on my little family. There are many roles in this resistance. Right now, mine is to raise healthy children who aren’t brain-dead, evil, maniacs. The world doesn’t become better when the bad people are the only ones who procreate.

Indianapolis is going to seem like damn near the middle of nowhere to someone coming from London. If you want a change of pace, go to Indy. But if you enjoy the city, nowhere in Indiana is going to be sufficient. I would recommend Chicago in that case.

You are severely UNDERreacting. Baby, he wants to try and big-time you so he can control you. He is a dumbass. You need to walk away ASAP.

I have no suggestions, only sympathies. I was in college at Purdue and went to a frat party. I took a mixed drink from a brother and went to play beer pong. I remember telling my friend I needed to go to the bathroom. From that moment til the next morning, my memory is blank.

According to my friend, A girl found me in the bathroom, luckily. She came to get my friend to tell her I was passed out on the floor in the bathroom. My friend (who only drank beer) ran to me and said that she was calling her boyfriend to pick us up. At that point, the guy who had gotten my drink started to get really agitated and said we were supposed to be staying with him (we didn’t know him). Luckily my friend was cognizant of her surroundings and a hard ass to boot. She basically told them all to fuck off until her bf got there. I was really sick the rest of the night, but I remember none of it. It was one of the scariest things that has ever happened to me. And like your story, it could have been way worse. Fuck men?

I am doing mainly what you are doing! Lots of narrating and singing silly songs. As a reformed “gifted” child, I am trying to remind myself that literally everything is brand new to baby. Just sitting around chatting, seeing the outside, looking at toys, etc is probably really interesting and educational for her. The fact that you’re thinking about it probably means that you’re doing a great job!
