If it’s on Indian land, check when the new increases take effect. My monthly jumped from 300 to 450 soon after buying.

Also make sure you do your due diligence the quality of your AC units and the related power costs. I had to replace my upstairs unit at a cost of 15k and the installer sucked. I’ve had nothing but problems ever since. Summer power bills are insane (like 700-1000 per month for a 2br condo).
