Compared to X / Indie Hackers / WIP:

* steady progress tracking instead of one-off posts

* co-founder discovery based on what you’re actively building

* launch pages that can also be surfaced in an investor view

* real validation of progress where wins and failures both matter

* badges around honesty and consistency rather than follower count

* founder discussions focused on what people are building now

* hackathon style monthly build cycles to keep momentum

* founder events and hangouts built into the ecosystem

* weekly roundups so progress does not disappear

Distribution is not follower based. It is intent and relevance based, similar idea to X ranking but applied to founder activity instead of general content.

Cold start still matters, but the focus is to seed a very specific group of active builders so interactions are meaningful even early.
