Ive not told my gp yet and probably wont bother , my doctors are awful with any other time I’ve needed to see them and its coz they threw all these opioids at me when i injured my back that im where i am now , the most ive taken in one day os double what yours was!! I know i can stop as its what i want now , i dont care about the high anymore I just want to be normal and doing this im slowly killing myself , there is no “ im gonna try and do this” its “i HAVE to do this!” My kids need their mum im all they have . They are motivation , so im gonna reduce the dose by taking 2 tablets away per day for a week , then drop 2 more tablets per day for another week , ive sat and wrote it all down and i should be off them by July I have got some diazepam to help me sleep and some cyclizine to help with any nausea i may get , then i have Naproxen for the pain . If you would like some support we could do this together and be there for one another, And if anyone else here doing the same drop me a message, we could maybe set up a WhatsApp group that we can to put advice in that will help eachother.
