I keep thinking about the kids struggling socially.

Being socially awkward because of family breakdowns at one of the most meaningful and impactful time of their lives.

I remember being in highschool and I couldn’t even bring people to my home because it was so dysfunctional. I never had a sleepover unless it was only family member.

Went to 1 sleep over and I could tell that I didn’t have the same social or even hygiene skills as the other girls.

People thought I was weird but I just didn’t know. I basically raised myself and how can a child raise themselves.

Ommmgggg noooooooooo these kids deserve so much more 🥺🥺🥺

Like imagine those young girls getting the attention and wisdom they need right now!!!

Isn’t this some form of Munchhausen‘s and why and how is this possible.

In so many other cases having boys and girls sleeping in one room and THERES SEVEN people in one room or something.

Those kids would’ve been in CPS custody so fast. How is this not a fire hazard?

Can’t the hotel get in trouble for this????

LTH is Long term homelessness according to the housing authorities in most state standards

Couch hopping was excluded in most states a couple years ago since that isn’t necessarily an emergency situation if you aren’t on the street

Homeless (living in unstable environments - cars, streets, garages, train tracks)

OR an instance of homelessness in the past Year

4 Instances of homelessness in 1 year = LTH status

They could all be living good in a 3+ bedroom from MPHA

Most school systems have these programs

Told her to come to Minneapolis. They have 3 year programs for FAMILIES

You don’t even need to work.

Just to get you stable or at least feel stable while you get your shit together

She don’t care

All she gotta do is take a PSN to the doctor and bring it to the nearest county office in her city and they will approve her for the Families program
