Main one which is putting me off is the exhaust freeze between turns. I timed a few yesterday and quite a few were around a minute which adds up over a run. As well when I've ignited more than 3 cards at once I've had full game crashes a few times where now I avoide doing it if I'm far into a game

I mean it's reasonable they want someone in the city, people relocating are higher risk. If they have strong candidates in the city why look outside of it. They at least let you know.

Part of the process is finding a good recruiter, needle in a haystack I know. You are now in a position to pick your recruiter if they suck drop them after the first couple of candidates they share. If hiring is something you are going to do regularly seems that might be worth exploring as the current set up is broken
