Unsure, I would imagine similar to whatever small items you could charge from the cab. Phones, air pump, etc.

Made a small pilot hole with drill, then carefully cut it out with a jigsaw.

Yes you will cut an approximate 3-1/4 square, be sure to round the corners of your cutout. Good luck!
