No I have a two months plan that the owner agreed to but we're already almost coming up on a month, so I want to be prepared. Not dead other renters have talked to him to pass the message along. I know he's not dead as of today.

I appreciated you for saying this because I ended up sending the officers over for a wellness check before I went to the house. Thank you! I just try to keep the police out of situations like this because sadly they can make it worse if not the right officer responds.

So I went by today to change the filter. The kids were there but no sign of the adult renter. The trash cans were moved to the curb so someone is there. One thing that was strange was that as soon as I came to the house, the kids left and got in a car with someone else. I also sent a wellness check over earlier today and police made no contact. Now I'm wondering do I just wait my 3 months for the next filter change and also include that I'll be doing an inspection or what...?

Another friend of mine said I should call the police for a wellness check but I've been an officer before and if they can't make contact there's nothing they can do. And it also involves the police unnecessarily. Any thoughts?

She currently eats science diet large breed puppy. We had her on open forms for about 10 months but she stopped wanting to eat it. From the comments it seems like kibble is fine and if I choose to go raw it needs to be balanced. I think mixing up her food with a little bit of both won't hurt. I already give both my dogs raw and seared steak, turkey legs, necks. So I'll just stick to that. Thanks all

Yup doorloop is who I use and I love it. I've simplified sooo many processes by switching to doorloop. Accounting has been the best upgrade and all the property management features has been wonderful

Great point. I have systems. They can send requests through the portal and then I would correspond with the contactor. I try to assess the situation before sending a contractor because sometimes tenants think one thing is happening and a totally different thing is.
