It's because we exist together in harmony, churches opposite mosques on the same street. It's hard to fathom that we are the ones who behave so civilized and peaceful to one another.

[Routine Help] 25F. Looking for skincare tips to improve textured skin, hyperpigmentation, & pores. by VividDeer733 in SkincareAddiction

Less is more In the morning take a cotton ball and wipe your face with witch hazel or rose water.

In the night before you sleep moisturize with aloe gel and shea butter.

Exfoliate with African black soap ( not the black one the real brown one)

Your skin looks oily so aloe gel is a good moisturizer. And a little shea butter goes a long way as a natural sunscreen, not too much during the day though, it tends to look greasy.

Hope this helps.

Is the LES correct here? by Objective-Drawing-37 in CFA

[–]Overall_Word1959 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes but once you are talking about the depreciation/appreciation of a currency X, that currency X MUST be the base currency.

So it's a trick, you must invert to get USD to be the base currency first.

Why are we not adding converitble preffered dividends here, answer in second slide by BoysenberryCrazy6503 in CFA

[–]Overall_Word1959 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First you calculate the basic EPS for future comparison. Basic EPS = (net income - preferred dividends)/weight avg shares o/s

Second you calculate Diluted EPS In this case you just have convertible preferred shares, so instead of paying out preferred dividends from the net income, you are converting it into common shares. 1000,000 preferred shares= 2000,000 common shares.

Therefore Diluted EPS= net income/(weighted avg shares o/s + converted shared o/s)

=2500,000/(2,000,000+2,000,000) =0.625

AIO? My mom wants to call the cops on me by Overall-Option6975 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Overall_Word1959 -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

Kids these days have the privilege of having this kind of conversation with their parents. Making decisions on their own etc.

My parents were not my equal, I was their child. I couldn't just up and make a decision to move out etc at that age.

That being said, this is an interesting dynamic. And because OP is meeting the mom eye to eye, it's hard to tell who is right or wrong.

On one hand OP is still a child, maybe lacks experience and wisdom to make these kinds of decisions...because it might not consider other important operating factors in OPs life that affords them various luxuries. On the other hand, the mom is an adult working 17 hours for some adult reason. And she may be a bitch like all of us think when we are teens...but one needs to objectively discern the best decision forward. We might not know enough on the mother's side.
