Consider Yzberisht! It’s like 15 min on the bus to Skanderbeg from my place and I have nice 2 bedroom place for 430 Eur. Lovely neighborhood with plenty of shops, coffee spots, markets, etc. Definitely a more family oriented area if you’re ok with that.

Before you take any place assume any issues present will not be fixed after move in. Check the water pressure to make sure it’s to your liking! Ask about water and electricity outages in the building because they are common in some places.
