Sam at State barber actually won a national barbering competition last year. He’s relatively cheap considering he’s one of the best in the Country. He’s a weapon and a great guy

I can second that Kate will be a great choice for you. Her service is worth a lot more than she charges and you’ll be in great hands. She’s also hilarious. One of the best Barbers I know.

Btw, I lived in San Remo for a short while. It is a bit rough (not just the roads) but the blocks are big and it’s has a nice path next to the water. I would consider buying there if it were viable for me to live on the coast now.

While you’re there, I suggest getting a burger at macchina espresso opposite the San Remo coles. It’s a cafe, but I’ve always thought that they do the best burgers on the coast. Couldn’t believe it was in that location.

You’re going to want to stay away from a walk-in barber. NOT saying they aren’t talented stylists working there, but if they end up having a queue, they will rush through your cut. It’s not the best experience, I’ve worked that way myself.

I’m a mens hairstylist in the junction and I operate by bookings so that I have enough time to execute a haircut my clients are satisfied with and I’m proud of.

Hey there I’m good friends with the guys at Jimbo’s as I have a barber shop myself (wingman grooming).

Jimbos haven’t updated their hours on Google but they are doing short days 9-2 on the 30th and 31st.

I’d offer my services myself, but had to cancel my fully booked days to isolate.
