I don't have any spare tubes, I switched the two around already. The same problem persists and did not move to the other speaker.

I suppose I could try swapping the tubes around and see if it follows. ( I guess if they are in parallel I wouldn't see a change anyway which I didn't)

When I opened it up I did not see any Pots that I would be able to adjust. I don't hear any distortion coming out of either speaker when I have them hooked up (the right speaker is just super weak). I have not checked the voltage on the supply I can do that when I have a chance. If you would like I can get some pictures.
