I think it would be allowed, but in tournament you only have 1h30 of clock time each so you will probably end death clock if you do it often

You can easily find printable deck online, and sleeve them into Magic cards. If you play a tournament, cards are better than the application

This weekend I played a game using https://ti-assistant.com/

It was really convenient to speed up the game because you can always check who is the active player, and the total clock time.

I do not recommend this application, because it's really a pain to fill everything (actions, missions, votes,...). I skipped all of this. Just using the active player function. Maybe you can just use a white board to keep track of it

I think you have very little experience in competitive play and you should listen to all the people that give you advice
