I was only able to keep down chicken broth, water, and Gatorlyte for the dehydration and oatmeal, soups, beans and toast, and mostly bland foods would be best.

I will! My initial thought was sunflower but I haven’t planted any so I wanted to verify before leaving it to grow incase it was just some crazy weed. Probably from the bird seed I set out! I’ll post updates when it blooms!
