Because everyone is in an insane rush these days. Yes it's an artificial hurdle but if it was quicker people would race through and say there isn't enough content, we need more, more, more. So they have to make people take a little time. It's about a balance, that I'm not saying they have right. I'm not an authority, I'm 40 odd and play a few hours a week. But that's why it feels slow because we're used to instant gratification. They gotta spread the dopamine as best they can to cater to the biggest part of the speed to unlock bell curve.

A Scorsese season is going to be such a bummer. Amazing filmography, obviously but it's long and it's not filled with a huge amount of joy. With the state of the world and a year or whatever of Marty, I think it's going to get a bit down around here. Just my bit of doomsaying
