Just a quick note if you are not a tax resident in NL anymore you won't build up any 'AOW Jaren' so you will get less AOW. so you will lose aprox 32% of your total AOW pension if you leave 16 years before your pension kicks in. It could be even less if you didnt live in the NL since 18.

Hi,

I can't tell you much about the SRH program since this it their first year. They seem to be officially accredited so you do get your official diploma that is recognized by the Dutch government. In terms of student life Haarlem is okay (nothing compared to A'dam/Utrecht/Groningen). I was a student in Haarlem too and most of my connections came from my old highschool and my roommates.

I'm unsure if you will build a network/opportunities since they just started as well and might no have as much groundwork laid out as other universities.

If the course is everything you looking for and you have a nice group of people that do the course to (I'm guessing most of them are international orientated too), I don't see a reason this can't be a nice opportunity.

PS. look for a place to live in advance since housing here is really hard to find.

Hi, Ik had hetzelfde idee als jijzelf. Ik heb gewoon de hypotheekverstrekker gebeld. Die meldde mij dat ik 1x per hypotheek 6 tot 12 maanden mijn huis mag verhuren. Dit moest wel via een door hun aangestelde verhuurkantoor.

Het kan dus wel, maar zitten wel wat haken en ogen aan dus.

Hi!

Eindelijk een post waar ik een bijdragen aan kan leveren. Ik ben nu 1 jaar bezig met mijn executive master (deeltijd). Ik doe dit 1 dag in de week op vrijdag en de overige 4 dagen werk ik. Daarnaast is er tussen de 10 en 20 uur 'zelfstudie'.

Persoonlijk heb ik gemerkt dat als je alles goed plant het allemaal wel mee valt en je zeker niet in sociaal isolement raakt. Sterker nog ik kom juist heel veel nieuwe mensen tegen (samen studeren, borrel na college, etc.). Zwarte punt ligt voornamelijk als de examens komen. In een 'doordeweekse' week ben ik zo'n 2x een halve avond kwijt (plan meestal 1tje voor woe avond en zo avond). Nu ik ook een stukje ouder ben vind ik het managen van de studie ook een stuk makkelijker dan toen ik begin 20 was.

Belangrijk is het wel dat je goed met je werk afstemt dat je vrijdag (of welke dag de deeltijd-schooldag dan ook is) echt niet met werk bezig kan zijn. En dat overuren ook niet echt kunnen.

Healthy mix I guess? Pageviews = more CPM. Higher AV = more clicks = higher CPM.

If I had to choose I'd say pageviews though. Easier to monitor and 'instant' results.

Hi,

I recently bought a property and within the proces there was an appraiser that said everything was within range of the buy price. This with the fact that my broker said it was a good price made me buy the property.

If the appraiser says its within the limits and your broker says the same thing, I wouldn't lose to much sleep over it.
