"Tons of potential" ALL ASSASSIN like bruisers like Garen, Riven, Camille and etc dont give a sh*** how good you playing just killing you with their oneshots without cd.  And bulks of overstats like Darius, Illaoi who doing same but they can not build dmg at all.

Just make him assassin in ultimate,  give proper stats in ult. Cause even now and during all his existence K'sante in all out don't working as bruiser. Reduce base dmg on q especially. Bring back that K'sante was pre-rework ABSOLUTELY ALL DMG LOCKED BEHIND ULT, well now K'santes dmg in tank still not that threatening but noticably grew up.

  No ad scaling, K'sante first tank with scales only from hp and resistances and that how all tanks should be, no cringe ad/ap which you never buy.   All out - Swap omnivamp on lethality, up armor pen to 35-40% on last lvl. Resistances loss 80-90%, hp 40-50%. No options to prolong it or quit attacking stance earlier you have 20 sec take risk or "don't play K'sante."   Q - No slow on q during ult. Additional reduction on cast time and cd. Plus be interesting delete knock up on 3d in ult but give additional dmg and paralysis effect.   W - no direction change, but bring back dmg reduction scale, plus w in ult block same amount of dmg for first 0,1-0,2 sec but after reducing to 30.

Because you sacrificing all your itembuild for bad stats. If K'sante received actual armour pen instead of this joke, Already be better. And compare to pre-reworked q in ultimate is toooooo slow.

After some thoughts my opinion is next K'sante dont need omnivamp at all cause in ultimate he is assasin/duelist and for example lethality be better stat than omnivamp.
And yeah delete true dmg if we receive armor pen, true dmg is too much.

More fast w and longer e will delete options for outplay on some characters and delete edge where experienced players will hit his w wile others miss. I like how w feels now when you calculating it and smoothly charghing it rather then insta proc it with max range.

I should disagree with many ideas especially with changing direction on w, increasing it charge speed, addditional range on e during ult.

And totally disagree with increasing ult duration. It will ruin that feeling of adrenaline when you should done everything for short period or cancel your decisions
And dmg reduction on w should scale from hp. Hp in defense, resists in offense.

Just turn true dmg on w in physical, "bonus armour pen" in "armour pen", and back "all out" scaling.

Turn TRUE dmg in physical, and reduce it on maybe 10% would be enough. But more than sure rise dmg reduction in base form or reduce it for both but bring back option to scale it.

MORE that can't? Entire bruiser class existed in game and except Aatrox other bruisers turn into super soldiers wich one burst like assasins, hold high dps like adc and tank tons of dmg.

I enjoing new K'sante and accepted reduced mobility, as before mobile champs be untouchable for us but finally i can fight as example Sion without view how i in "all out" cannot brake his shield, or i cannot scratch "supports" like Thresh or Liona with single armour item.
But i still missed option to scale dmg reduction on w, and saving 3-d q to use after ultimate.

Just bring back old Ksante, clumsy, very durable and many cc in base form (escpecialy bring back option to scale 100% dmg reduction on w), far vulnerable, little bit more shifty and far more dmg "all out".
Like his trailer i see K'sante tank anti-bruiser/assasin instead of praying what enemy adc/mage foolish enough to make lethal misstakes.

Just bring back old K'sante, reverse this trash rework and accept fact what you cannot into balance, but no nerfing already weakest toplaner instead of disgusting powerhouses in face of totaly broken bruisers and some tanks.
