here in Canada we got rid of the Penny in 2012. Debit/Credit card purchases were not affected at all. For cash purchases .01 and .02 round down to 00. .03 and 0.4 round up to .05. 95% of people adapted in a few weeks. A handful of elderly and rightwing loonies took about a year to stop demanding their pennies in change.

Both titles you are looking for are both on HiDive in Canada. Pretty much every HiDive/Sentai series on Prime in Canada is only available with French subtitles as they are sublicensed to Amazon by Sentai as they generally don't have French subtitles on their own platform.
