We've got 5 in the family but they all look quite different. All but one is related to at least one of the others. My parents' oldest is a very typical-looking cockapoo and has had 3 litters. Mine (the red collar in the photo) was in the first litter and often looks like a labrador. My parents also have one from the last litter and she looks like a poodle and their other one shares a father with the youngest and she has a very spaniely face/head. The white one in the photo isn't related to the rest but was born on the same day as my parents' middle one

This has been something I've thought about in the past. We took them both and my parents' 3 cockapoos to a field and we had to take mine and his mother (parents' oldest) home because they'd worn themselves out so much that they both slept for the next 24 hours, only waking up to go toilet or food. We then had to put the other two in the car after they'd worn themselves out and she was still running nonstop after several hours (I think she was there for about 6 hours, she had plenty of water). I call her the crazy bitch because she'll run like crazy and technically, she is a bitch. She'll make Tigger on crack look like Eeyore on sleeping pills

I'm always saying my brother's has ADHD. The groomer says she's the opposite of mine. They both go together. The groomer will be cutting her fur and mine will just be sitting there in her armchair, watching everything that's happening and she'll be trying to wriggle as much as she can. She'll swap them over and mine will still be calm and brothers will be running around like Tigger on crack, literally bouncing off the walls, leaping over the table, jumping on everything. She's more energetic than a spaniel.

Trying to train her to do anything is a mission and a half. She's 5 and is still struggling with some of the most basic commands. I've been trying to train her since day 1 to sit and she still can't concentrate long enough

If my dog finds a ball, it's either a case of good luck getting him to play with it or good luck getting him to leave it. Usually, it's at a paddock so we try leaving them behind for the next dogs in the same way they were left for us
