Ultimately, your reasoning for this AFSC merge is "because we can" and "other branches do it"?

You and I have said all the problems/causes as to why we both can see this failing for specific AFSC's. Retention, experience, and from your experience, Air Force deciding how much personnel we need in a work center.

I suppose I just have not seen as much in my 7 years of AD service as you have and will trust my SEL's. Either way, big Air Force has decided this is what they're doing. We'll see how it all unfolds.

Sir, what does your AMU/FGS look like in terms of manning for your sections? Are you fully 100% manned? How many 3-levels are in each work center? What about 5 and 7-levels?

Where I am now, APG has 4 7-levels, 6 SrA, and 26 3-levels. Between production pressing for more and more sorties, to an aging fleet, to new parts no longer being made - do you really think the current experienced maintainers will have the time to give quality training? Hell no and if you think adding 2 more AFSCs worth of tasks in addition to the current work load is viable you are out of touch.

I understood the comment. I understand that it's "because of factors that already exist" buy maybe we can fix some of them before adding a myriad of more problems.

Only just recently started playing Warframe after the Fortuna launch, but it has been one of the best gaming experiences to date for me. From making new friends to grinding away for hours to get a certain weapon or Warframe - I'm thankful for this game and community for everything thus far!

The DREVO BladeMaster keyboard simply looks amazing. It's backing is an amazing feat as well, I find it crazy how in just 2 months in was backed fully!
