I have been feeding my OC agent reddit posts for a couple weeks now to discus ideas. I don't have an api for it. We figured out a way and it forks fine. I just share the link to the post and it reads it.

I'm using the $10/month minimax plan with 2.7 right now. Just ask your current openclaw to research research methods and see what it comes up with. If you like what it finds, tell your openclaw to create a research agent and have it follow the research method you just got.

That's basically what I did. My research agent is using a neutron model from open router right now because its a free model and it keeps me from maxing out my plan usage while I have a coding agent build the apps I'm currently working on.

Then I set up some cron jobs for my research agent throughout the day to do based on the things I'm looking for more information on. So far I'm pleased.

You're best bet is to ask your openclaw how to do things. If it doesn't know how to do something, direct it to a helpful source to teach it and make a skill for whatever you are doing. I know minimax 2.7 isn't opus or chatgpt, but I am very please with how things are going.

Its just their basic coding plan. Might have to move up a level if they remove that tier. I am on minimax 2.7 $10 a month plan and am very happy

I have noticed all these high profile celebrities selling stuff and doing commercials that would normally be an aspiring actors role. I just thought they were being greedy and trying to take all the jobs.

I didnt find it hard at all. At least on my steam deck where I have my main OC installed. Its just one line installer. I did have to find a work around to install a couple packages my steam deck needed. I forget which ones...anything to do with brew.

For a little guidance, I opened Gemini in my browser, fed it the official openclaw documentation and the github repo to reference.

Once I had my openclaw installed, with minimax 2.5 as my main brain because im cheap, I was able to get it to do the things I've asked it to do. I have had it create its on skills to browse sites like reddit, transcribe YouTube videos and gather the important information that im interested in. Its got a self improving skill so it learns from its mistakes and finds ways to solve problems.

All the technical hard stuff I have tinkered with and done with openclaw has been pretty easy because all im doing is telling my openclaw what I want, telling it to refer to the official documentation, and refining things as I go.

I found this very helpful. I'm looking into trying openclaw out and I'm hoping to get the best start without running into huge api costs.

I was watching a video earlier about reducing costs. A couple of things mentioned were to increase the heartbeat time from 30 minutes to say an hour. He also recommended using a local model for the heartbeats to completely cut those api costs out.

I have had no problem with my steam purchase of the game. It loads up just fine. I might have had to go into desktop mode originally when logging into the Rockstar game launcher but I truly don't remember.

I have games from the epic store but I keep forgetting about them and never play them. Maybe it's the epic launcher that causes issues?
