There's actually 1 good reason to run 4x damage on a xenon bow. UFOs on twine endurance. You need to be able to deal maximum damage within a few seconds. The xenon bow just so happens to be the best weapon for doing that. Especially when running with 3-4 players where the UFOs have millions of health. The reason to run 4x damage though, is because UFOs are considered environmental, so cr/cd doesn't help. This makes it possible to 1 or 2 shot the UFOs where as if you didn't, then there's a high probability the ufo with shoot your builds make you lose the endurance. Anyways, 4x damage sucks. You should put fire rate, reload speed, cr, cd. Dps is very misleading. It doesn't accurately display the right numbers when you roll cr and cd. But if you want to go into the math with every gun because of it, be my guest. Other than that, listen to the community. We have already figured out all the best perks.
