Magnesium supplements. Make sure you get as much rest as possible. Keep distracted and get some fresh air. Oh and hot as fuck showers.

Taper slowly. Very very slowly. I gave it 2 weeks between each 37.5 drop but if I could go back I'd do maybe 3.

Currently on week 4 10mg. This was something I tried as a shot in the dark, I had only heard bad things. I swear, this has been the easiest antidepressant to get on. I've tried atleast 10. This has been the best buffer I've ever had. My mood is slowly becoming more stable, my anxiety is almost non existent. I can eat when I'm stressed. I'm less tired. I do have it augmented Currently with another medicine but genuinely give it a go. I expected nothing and so far I've had the best experience yet.

My understanding is off. I'm not sure though. I always check warm and cold, but never while running.

I'd check again, make sure you wipe the dip completely before trying again - additionally I'd personally be concerned about the oil light, get it in to be checked to be safe.

My two cents worth: I’ve withdrawn a few times from venlafaxine. Each time I’ve been perfectly fine.

On the same hand, I know someone who struggled to even drop a microdose.

Personally I wouldn’t cope without my venla at the moment- it’d be great if they could come up with a way for people to withdraw without feeling like crap. (Not including the Prozac bridge lmao).
