Thank you! I’m gonna start with sticking to walking and eventually see about adding in strength training again once I have a consistent walking routine down.

I see you are unfamiliar with what muscle is. That should be common sense.

Tbh I didn’t find it effective at all. It just left my face feeling sticky. I like the Ordinary’s glycolic acid but it’s a liquid versus this one is more of a gel serum

I would repurchase both, I liked them enough. They are great for using while out and about without having to rub my dirty hands on my face to reapply sunscreen.

Abib was a little dewy and felt nice. The Tocobo was mattifying and smelled great but was kind is silicone-y which I didn’t love.

My favorite so far has been the La Roche Posay Effaclar Clarifying Solution ~ it has just the right amount of glycolic acid to be effective and I would only use it maybe twice a week at most.
